This track is a sound meditation for all seven chakras. Each chakra has a corresponding seed syllable, a sound that is at the core of the energy center. Each verse in this chant is composed solely of the sound for each chakra: base chakra=LAM, sacral chakra=VAM, solar plexus chakra=RAM, heart chakra=YAM, throat chakra=HAm, third eye chakra=OM, crown chakra=AH. There are also musical instruments associated with each chakra. These are added to the tracks in ascending order: drums, woodwinds, harmonium (organ), strings, horn, bells and conch shell.
